Very Unprofessional. Luis chose to walk away and not complete a job. He sent back the remaining parts and never got the outside work done to my care. Louis got paid half the insurance money and was waiting on the second half. I aways kept open communication between Luis, myself and the insurance company. Luis told me he would send out a statement bill to the insurance company for the extra repairs that needed to be done.
None of these repairs were done, nor the in shop repairs.
He when I complained to him and the insurance company Luis became very rude and started sending rude text messages.
He kept half the money, never
finishing the job, and refused
to even comicate with the insurance company.
Luis wants to blame everyone else. He was told he would receive the other half of his money from his first estimate but walked away from that. He didn't even complete the first half.

We continue to use the Auto Shop. They are excellent and now that Jesse and his crew are in charge, it is even better. They bend over backwards to make sure everything is right and repaired correctly. They also stand behind their repairs with unqualified assurance that if something is not right, it will be made so. We recommend this shop for all automotive needs.

This was our first visit to The Auto Shop. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Lori in the front office. She is kind, efficient and very thorough. We asked for a routine service and oil change. I have had some issues with my Buick for the past couple of years. Two different service agencies have taken care of my car and found nothing. Within a short time, we were contacted via email and text that two issues were detected. We were sent an estimate detailing the repairs to review. We authorized the repairs. My car is in perfect repair. We will continue to use THE AUTO SHOP for both our vehicles in the future. In a day that service is not what it used to be, The Auto Shop is unmatched. Thank you! We had an issue with our coolant system. Auto Shop did a great job keeping us informed on when they could get to a diagnostic test and then an estimate on how soon they could get it repaired. We had to have our car towed due to a huge coolant leak, AAA came out to tow it, and I wasn’t even sure where to go. My mom recommended Auto Shop as she has taken her cars there for years.
I didn’t even think to call first, AAA just showed up with my car. Many thanks to Auto Shop for helping me out as they were in fact quite busy.

I was very impressed with their approach to a brake problem that turned out to be fairly complex. Some trial and error was involved in determining what was wrong, and they were very good about controlling cost. They went out of their way to acquire affordable parts, and I’m fairly sure some of the time spent troubleshooting was not billed for. The repair required several unexpected delays, and they did their best to keep me updated and minimize the inconvenience. Additionally they addressed an issue that came up with the idle while the repair was being performed. Car has been running great for 2 months since the repair now

Highly recommended. Very honest and reliable auto shop. They fixed both my wife’s and my front headlights at a fair price, substantially lower than other quotes we received. Lori, Jim and Terri were amazing and so nice. I usually don’t leave reviews but service like this deserves to be recognized. We will definitely go back for any future service or repair needs. There’s a reason they have been in business for 30+ years.
