I had a terrible terrible day and then before I knew it, my tired popped. I was sobbing and crying at the gas station and they told me that the place across the street was great and that they’d take care of me.

I pulled up (still sobbing) and the guy who helped me was very kind. He gave me a bottle of water to help me calm down and then he told me what my options were. I decided to buy and get my tires replaced there.

He was very kind and helpful, and I had no issues with my tire.

Thank you to the man that helped me today. I appreciate you, and thank you for helping me with my tire!! I would 100% recommend this place to a friend. The price was very reasonable as well.

Edit for context: I was also in a rush because it was my lunch break and I had to get back to my job, and he was very quick, definitely less than 30 minutes (probably between 15-30).

Honest, reliable, fairly priced. These are the items that one should seek when researching a mechanic, and John's Tire and Brake Service hit all three marks. I came in with a vehicle that had been service neglected, and they diagnosed, quoted, and repaired exactly what they said they would. During disassembly, other issue(s) were discovered, and they contacted me, gave me options, and completed all the work within the specified time frame. I would recommend them to friends, family and anyone else who needs quality car service at a reasonable price.

I came here on a budget, with my brakes in a critically unsafe state. I’m a single mom and was afraid to drive my kids. They were friendly, empathetic, affordable and quick! Came into Columbus from Chicago for Labor Day weekend. Had some repairs the day before. Problems came back and John's was able to get us in on holiday weekend Saturday morning and fix the problem caused by the other repair place. Life savers!! This is my go-to shop! The guys are incredibly friendly, efficient, and they provide quick and cost-effective service. They do oil changes for cheap and they do them fast.

When my car had a particularly tricky problem, they bought and installed two separate parts to troubleshoot fixing it, and they only charged me for one of them (the one that fixed the problem).

I'm not particularly knowledgable about cars, and the nightmare scenario for me is to bring my car in and get overcharged over things I don't fully understand. I can confidently go here and know that won't happen - the guys at John's are fair, friendly, and provide great service! Definitely recommend.

I attempted to do a fix myself, got frustrated. l wasn't feeling confident with my work. Took it in to John's and they had me all set within a day. Car feels better than ever, and killer prices. You couldn't ask for nicer customer service either, very honest and direct, and no misinformation. If you need work done, bring it here! Will definitely be back in the future!
