Over priced parts marked up 300%
A manager who really doesn't care how your service experience went. They installed the wrong rear wheel bearing on my car and I had to have it towed in because the abs system lights lit up the dash and they say oh don't worry it's ok to drive. Bull crap! No offer to reimburse me for the tow bill $125.00 or the in convenience as it wasn't my fault the wrong/defective part was installed. The Service advisor said "it happens".
I complained on the site about this experience and I didn't even get any response. Good luck with your business model treating customers in this manner.

Since the Facebook link said Tireman, I chose to use Google, since this review is for BelleTire. I'm so glad Belle Tire has acquired this building. Closest to my house. Both Chris and Ryan are very professional, knowledgeable and so helpful for any question I had. I bought Michelin Tires for both my cars, First the 2020 and now the 2019. I was there at 8 AM and expected to stay for 2 hours, but my car was done in 1 hour and I didn't expect that. So nice to be treated so well on my first visit. I haven't needed much service on these new cars, but I believe I've found the best place to take my cars for whatever is needed. The inside of the building is spotless and it seemed a customer is treated like family. Thanks to Belle Tire and especially Ryan and Chris for making my morning better than expected.

Scam artists. Tried to tell me my front calipers were seized and my upper control arm needed replaced. Told me my car should not be on the road. I went home jacked my car up and took my tires off to check. Neither caliper was seized just needed new rotors. Took a pry bar to both my control arms. No movement whatsoever. I dont know if they thought I wasnt knowledgeable abouy vehicles but the idiots did it to the wrong person. scam artists through and through

Took my vehicle in for tire repair and rotation, the guys did a great job, my car wasn't all greesy and dirty like some shops do, Ryan is a great sales guy, he also helped with putting air in my wife's car, Great guys, Toledo Oh...

This store has a great team; I’ve dealt with most of the other stores and I can honestly say this team here are the crème of the crop. The rest of the stores should be modeled after the way these guys run things. Professional, honest and do the best they can to take care of their customers!
