We have been twice now. The food is good but not great. We will go back but it's not at the top of the list of restaurants to go to.

Considering we often pick up takeaway but never ate in the restaurant I was expecting more tbh. The pakora portions for starter were depressingly mean compared to takeaway. Chicken pakora was also lukewarm. Main courses were good size and my lamb dish very good. Naan was nice but again a bit mean small size. It was a warm evening and we also had the less than lovely view of the bins from their emergency exit door that was open next to the bar. Also used dish towels draped over the radiator there didn’t seem too hygienic. Oh well, don’t imagine I’ll be rushing back. The Indian Times in Stonehouse does a much better sit down meal.

Our local Indian. Never disappoints and the food was excellent. I particularly like the pulled chucked spring rolls which are never on the menu but just ask for them.

Best curry we've had in ages!!!!

Booked this restaurant for the second night of our Babymoon stay in Strathaven and it didn't disappoint!
The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the restaurant itself is very modern with a traditional twist.

We were spoiled for choice as the menu had a lot to offer and the smell of the food cooking made me want to sample everything!

My partner decided on the Aloo Chana Poori for starters and I got the Mushroom Poori and then for our mains my partner got the Chicken Tikka Makhani Masala and I opted for the Chicken Tikka Punjabi Farms which had a lovely little kick to it!
We went for plain pilau rice and and a Garlic Naan bread for the sides which was huge!!! The waiter described it as the size of an Elephants ear and he was not far wrong!!!

Absolutely delicious meal from start to finish, would 100% recommend and would definitely visit again if we ever came back to Strathaven!

We ordered chicken tikka pathia, Kashmiri korma & a chasni.
All of the sauces were watery, the pathia was spicy without any sweet/sour taste, the korma had no flavour and the fruit in it was fruit cocktail (not fresh fruit). The chasni was okay but again wasn’t very flavourful and was watery.
Overall very bland.
Otherwise the spicy onions were lovely and the peshwari naan was great.
Overall will probably never get a takeaway from here again.

Food was lovely. Very tasty
The service felt very rushed. Like "let's get these people fed and out of here as quickly as possible."
In the rush we got an extra drink we hadn't ordered and they forgot about a curry we had ordered.
Even stretching over to deliver food and drink seems unacceptable to me. Just walk round the table and take it to the person who asked for it
If the food hadn't been so good I don't know if I would return.
Hopefully they are just having a bad day and that's not the norm.
