They scammed hundreds of people with their NFT Project (RDB Car Club), including me. They still hold all the money back and doesn't deliver the promised product's or at least a refund!

A huge part already teamed up to get this news all over LA, TV and Youtube. Also we hired some Lawyers. This store need's to get closed, and the owner's should get arrested for what they did!

[I have reached out to RDBLA ownership management multiple times, but they have not yet responded] – While the exterior vinyl wrapping of my BMW crossover done by RDB looked pretty decent, their installation team was careless and unprofessional. After a short time back on the road, damage done by the RDB team to the electronic components of the car voided the Manufacturer's warranty, required thousands of dollars in repairs, and nearly cost me a new headliner with water intrusion from a poor, non-silicone seal, to the roof mounted antenna. Management has failed to respond

EDIT: Congratulations to RDB Management for responding to my issue more than THREE YEARS later. After phone calls, after certified letters, and finally a Google Review, 3-years later they found time to respond.

Love these guys - seriously, if you have heard of them online or drove by, you need to take the time to check them out next time you need work done. These guy's aren't just your favorite celeb's favorite car shop - they are really a friendly, flexible, accessible, and hard-working team that anyone like you and I can use.

I had just moved to LA and had a service issue with my Range Rover. I didn't have any relationships previously with dealer's and shops, so I took the chance and dropped it off at my favorite car shop I follow on Instagram/YouTube. Beautifully enough, the experience played out even more professional and personably than I could imagine. I dealt with everyone, from Mano to Sarkis, but I primarily worked with Moses. Moses took the time to answer my questions thoroughly, call me directly with updates often, and communicated costs very clearly so I was never surprised. In the end, Moses and team spent more time than I ever expected to find the right solution (versus an easier solution other shops suggested that would have cost me 10x more!) which was able to completely fix my issue and get me back on road in a timely way.

As a bit of a fan before I was ever a customer, I was a little skeptical wondering if my experience would live up to the expectations I had in mind. Happy to say that they completely beat my expectations, from value, to communication, to quality of work. Overall, this will forever be my go-to shop when I need regular maintenance, service, and great custom wrap work which I love to do on my cars.
