I had excellent service this past weekend 09/07/2024 at the San Clemente Ramona Tire. Doug really went above and beyond. He communicated clearly and regularly throughout the day with me on the progress of my vehicle. My work truck needed brake service and the thought of not having my work vehicle was stressing me out. Ramona tire San Clemente alleviated all those concerns, and now, I am not stressed out knowing in the future they can take care of my work vehicle promptly and efficiently. Doug secured my business for the foreseeable future. I already schedule an appointment for my other vehicle.

They are friendly and reasonable priced.
Unfortunately, they do not allow for appointments for an oil change.
You have to call and ask if it’s a good time for them to accommodate and then require leaving you vehicle for a few hours until they can get to it. Seem understaffed.
Also, the switchboard person acted like he was actually at the San Clemente location and told me to bring the car in the next few minutes as they had time at that moment. When I did, the assistant manager apologized and told me I would have to come back later and leave the vehicle as mentioned above.
So, be sure and choose option 1 instead of 2 when calling in, which will direct you to the actual store.

I had a fantastic experience with Ramona Tire Company. Recently, my tires wore out quicker than expected, but thanks to their warranty coverage and quick service, they replaced them under warranty. Needed 2 tires for my daughter's car and they were great in prices compared to big o tires. Big o tires wanted to charge me 150 bucks more. The service was also amazing. We will definitely be returning in the future.
