Excelente servicio y trato. Compré una mesa de cristal de una pieza bastante grande, trajeron la mesa a primera hora de la mañana. Cabe destacar que fueron muy cuidadosos y no rayaron ni un cm de pared o suelo, cosa rara que suceda con los repartidores de cualquier empresa porque siempre que traen muebles suele haber algún accidente de por medio.

Al cabo de un rato decido que la mesa no queda bien en la habitación donde la dejaron, sino que queda mejor en el salón. El problema es que al ser una mesa de una sola pieza de cristal, moverla solo es tarea imposible y se corre el riesgo de romperla. Por lo tanto llamé para preguntar si podían volver durante el día a ayudarme a moverla y si era necesario pagar un extra por mi cambio de decisión, con gusto lo haría.

Para mi grata sorpresa el trato fue excelente y me confirmaron que por la tarde vendrían los chicos a ayudarme sin coste alguno y sin rechistar en lo absoluto por mi petición.

Estoy muy contento con la compra y especialmente por el servicio. Mi experiencia fue muy positiva y por eso les doy 5 estrellas. Gracias!

Estuve en la tienda preguntando por una silla porque padezco de dolores de espalda y Sara la dependienta me trató fantásticamente bien, me asesoró muy bien y me dio varias opciones según me veía sentada. Al final me decidí por la Elite que es la más cara pero increíble. Es posible que me coja otra igual para mi casa!.

Es fácil trabajar con Ofi-Center, te ayudan a elegir la opción que mejor se ajusta a tus necesidades, pero hay algo que no se ve cuando compras, el servicio post-venta. Después de un tiempo usando la silla vinieron a ajustarla para que no tuviese problemas ni incomodidades, SIN COSTE !!!!
