Absolutely above and beyond! Took my GLE in for a service today and they were just simply the best. Prompt, friendly, accommodating, kind. The whole team is a dream to work with.

My vehicle had a nail in its tire and it was due for an oil change. They promptly fixed the tire and made sure my service was complete in time for me to pick the kids up from school!

They even had it sparkling and gleaming upon pick up.

I was amazed to receive a video during which the technician (virtually) identified and explained each stage of the service which had been performed. Thereafter, he made two minor suggestions for future service.
My appointment began on time and was completed a bit earlier than anticipated. While “transparent” is an overused term, it aptly describes the manner in which Mercedes Benz of Natick conducts its business. Highly professional from start to finish describes my experience with the personnel - from making the appointment, to the service, to billing. While I often obtain a service vehicle, this time I waited on premises, which offered a very comfortable waiting area with comfort snacks. Everyone, especially, Brian, made this a very positive experience. I have had my vehicle serviced there several times and would not think of going anywhere else.
