I wish I could give 0 Star! DONOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I repeat donot take your vehicle here!! They are terrible it took me months to get back my car he kept on giving excuses about parts not getting there in time at one point he texted my husband telling him he could pick up today at that point we were out of town so we went 2 days later when we got there the vehicle did not even start. He told me to pick up early one morning before work we arranged that when I got there he wasn’t there and didn’t answer my call when I finally got him throughout the day he told me sorry he had an emergency! As a Jamaican business owner myself is sicken me to know that a Jamaican business is ran like this! In this process I had to rent a vehicle and took a Uber to work on the morning he told me to pick up but wasn’t at work and didn’t answer my calls. I have not yet been refunded for the cost of this. And when I finally got my vehicle back the windshield was broken and he told me that’s how I took it to him. Thank God I had videos and pictures of my car before I took it in! I REPEAT DONOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE ITS TERRIBLE!!!!!

BEWARE ! My husband brought his car there for an estimate and they couldn’t agree on the number so when I wanted to tax it else where he wanted to charge $500 in storage fees for 5 days! He never had any intentions of fixing my car!

These guys ripped me off! They took my insurance money and kept my car for 3 weeks only for me to have my car offered to me with additional damages that didn’t occur during the accident...the owner Leroy cussed and yelled at me when I demanded they fix my car as it was before the accident! Very unprofessional street mechanics! My car is still damaged and he has my money...every time I call or show up the owner brother always claim Leroy is not in or out of town on vacation in Jamaica! BEWARE THEY ARE DECEPTIVE IN THE SERVICE THEY OFFER AND ROBBERS OF INNOCENT PEOPLE! I’m taking my case to court! The only reason I gave them one star is because that’s the only way I could post this review but the deserve NO stars and this place should be closed for business!!!

Don't ever go to this body shop!!! They are the worst!!! They did body work on my car and told me I will have my car back in 1 week and it's now 4 weeks and I still have not receive my car yet. I call them every day just to hear them lie and say tomorrow. Don't waste your time here bc you will be very upset bc all they do is lie to you. They don't even deserve 1 star!!! The customer service here is trash!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

People PLEASE read these reviews before you take your vehicle to this place!!! If you for some crazy reason still decide to go here, make SURE you get them to write down everything they are going to fix/repair/paint because AFTER he gets your money, he is not going to want to do the work. Now imagine, you paid the guy in FULL and each WEEK he gives you a different date to put on a very small part THEN, once you arrive to have the part put back on, he tells you the part has not arrived. Unless this part is coming from Russia and being delivered by a turtle, it makes no sense!! This place needs to be reported immediately.

It was the worst auto body shop I have ever been to, if you could even call it that! These guys don't have no idea what they are doing. I had to return my car three times because they forgot to do something or the mechanic wasn't there and they are also extremely unprofessional I don't think anyone in there have any credibility of being a mechanic or repairing cars it look like a bunch of street guys AKA street mechanics working on your car. NEVER AGAIN!!
