So my wheels aren’t amazing or anything. But they also didn’t have any scratches. Some of these not all are pictured… are in places that wouldn’t get hit normally. Let’s see what Fowler will do about this.

Yesterday I dropped my truck off at Fowler thinking the last place messed up my lug nuts (they called me and I had to come use my tools to help the guy I was paying to get the broken lug nut off.) so I’ll give Fowler a try. This morning I go out and notice a bunch of blue crud on my wheels no worries it’s just the lube to get the tires on. Normally shops clean this off but whatever I needed to wash the truck anyway. Then I notice the scratches lots of scratches.

Me and my family have been doing business with this place since I was 1213 years old. Just try for yourself and see for instance, today I called several different tire places to inquire about having four brand new tires that I bought put on one place is extremely saying $75 per tire but I laughed at them, good old Fowler Tire said about 20 bucks apiece that’s what it’s all about man all this gouging people trying to jump on the inflation bandwagon that supporting our country ruin small businesses like Fowler Tire that’s what American needs

I have a set of beadlocks I needed just the back bead put over the wheels, that's it. I figured an old school tire shop like Fowler that deals with truck tires and tractor tires could handle this, apparently I was wrong.

They wouldn't do them while I waited because he said the tires were too hard and needed to soften up in the sun, so I said I would leave them. I explained to him how to do it, as I was leaving he said "yep, mount and balance, got it" so I told him again "no mounting, just walk the rear bead on. You should not be able to put air in them if done correctly."

I called after lunch to see how they were doing and he told me they still couldn't get them to seat so they were sitting in the sun warming up. Again, I told them they should not be putting air in them, and they needed to just walk the front bead back off the wheel. He said "yeah, yeah, got it"

When I showed up they had all 4 seated with air in them, exactly how I told them not to do it. I tried to get them to correct it and they refused, stating that "this is the only way tires mount". I know it can be done I explained, I had it done with my old tires on these same wheels. I still had to pay them for their incorrect service, and now I have to take them to another shop and pay again to have it done correctly. I will not be using Fowler ever again, and I will recommend to everyone I meet to steer clear of them.

When we arrived at our hotel in Cartersville we discovered we had a flat tire. Luckily Fowler Tire was 250 feet away. They saw us right away and took time to try and find a leak. When no leak was discovered, they replaced the valve stem and it solved the problem. Wonderful people. I wish they were closer to us as I would go there for any tire problem. Thank you for your help.

These guys are johnny-on-the-spot! We were traveling through town and needed 2 new trailer tires. I googled and they had good reviews. I called, they had the 13 inch tires I needed in stock, we drove straight there (5 minutes from our hotel), they were waiting out front and immediately started changing the tires (simultaneously with two jacks). We were in and out within 15 minutes (which included having a pic with one of them!), and all for a very reasonable price. Good service counts! Thanks guys!

This place is a joke! Everytime I have taken my truck there I get poor service. I don't $1500 worth of front end work to my truck and had a new set of tires put on. Took it here to have a front end alignment and he says he may not have time to do it, but leave it and they will take care of it. I dropped it off early in the morning and came back around 4 and he's says I'm good to go and there were no issues. 3 weeks later I find that my tires are wearing on the outside so I'm left to believe he never did an alignment. I'm very unhappy after spending $700 for tires to find I have to spend another $350 to replace the front tires plus another alignment. Well guess who won't be doin my alignment? They will never get any of my business again. This place is nothing like it use to be when Mr. Fowler ran the place yrs ago, rest his soul. He would be very unhappy with what his business has become.

I took my Honda Accord in to have new tires mounted and balanced, they were quick and didn't charge an arm and leg. Also they were able to do my oil change very reasonable. I will use them again for any small service for my car. Friendly staff and good service.
