I have been visiting this location for the last few years and I won’t go anywhere else! The service here is fantastic. They were running behind and I had two separate employees call me and update me on the progress. I brought my rig in that has tires I didn’t even buy from there and they did my rotation/balance for free! This team has definitely earned my business. Well done!

Great people!!
Conner and his staff are on point. I feel educated, safe, and taken care of at this location.
The team is top notch, and full of great people. Definately a chill vibe at this store.
People here feel valued, and care about each other and their customers. We, the customers are a direct benefit of this. Sitting in the waiting room here just feels different than other tire stores. Great communication, clean showroom, and great people. Keep it up guys!!
Special should out to Hailey and Zander. Both were kind, professional, and easy to work with.

Got a leak on one of the tires on my Tesla. They got me in and out in an hour. There was no charge for flat repair. The technicians and front desk were super nice to me. No upselling of any kind. The new store lobby is super clean and tidy with complementary and fully stocked Kuerig coffee machine.

Thank you West Jordan Discount Tire. I never leave a review unless it is truly deserved. You guys have always been good to my parents and the woman who just helped me was the epitome of professional. She totally made my day by treating me so well. I wish I received such good service elsewhere but it is all too rare. I hope that your team is recognized for your consistent efforts. I have been in the service industry for 36+years and I know what great service is... I assume it is good leadership too. It means more to me than you know. Keep it going. I'm looking at new wheels for my truck and I know exactly who is always going to get my business. You guys. I wish your team all the best. Found out I had a flat so I went to discount tire. I was in a hurry and they were very kind and flexible to get me in and out. Haley was very attentive and amazing to work with. Give this woman a RAISE! She stepped in just at the right time and was willing to do whatever it takes.

Went in for a tire rotation, and Gabriel said my tires were getting close to needing replacing but it wasn’t urgent, but recommended so I ordered new tires. However I had to cancel and went back in for a refund which I was given. I still needed the tires rotated, However, he then asked if I had driven my truck a lot over the past week because one tire was “worse than he remembered” and was now at a 2 thread (it was a 4 a week earlier according to him last time) and he said they couldn’t even rotate the tires because the tires are so worn and needed replacing. My tires are not THAT worn and still have quite a bit of thread left to last me at least another year or more. Total scam artists and will lie and try anything to sell you. Will take my business somewhere with more ethical practices. Be warned.
