Excellent service at a very fair price! We bought our RV in PA and we met Andrew when we had it Maryland State inspected at B&G Services. The night we dropped it off, Andrew found a major LP leak and he had it fixed right away. A few weeks later we took our RV and Jeep back to get the towing and braking packages installed. Andrew ended up charging us less than his original estimate because he was able to get the parts less expensively than he'd estimated. Most companies would have easily kept the extra and we really appreciate his honesty. All the work was done perfectly and when we picked up the two vehicles he took over an hour to walk us through how everything worked. Everyone we met there had a smile and greeting for us. We recommend them highly and we'll be back for all of our RV service / upgrade needs.

Can’t say enough good things about Greg and the guys in the shop. The differential in our motor home went out after a cross country trip. We made several calls and found B&G. After explaining the situation to Greg he knew exactly what was wrong. He made us feel confident that they could fix the problem. They had it fixed in a couple of days. Dropped my car off (after calling ahead two days before) for a vehicle safety inspection at 8 AM, was told it would take "a couple of hours." Four hours later, I returned to the shop and was told they hadn’t even started on it, and the guy who would do the inspection was planning on starting it "after his lunch break." I had already taken a half day of work off to have this inspection done. I wasn’t offered a single apology, and the staff seemed AMUSED when I asked for my keys back so I could at least make it to work for the second half of the day. I’m not sure what professionalism other reviewers of this business have experienced, because I was certainly afforded none of it.

I took my new toy hauler to B&G because my thermostat was not getting power and the safety chain mounts were in need of being re-welded. I cannot speak more highly of the service I received.

First, they were able to get me in weeks sooner than any of the local dealerships around. Second, they are FULL service. The dealerships I called do not do welding in their service departments. Third, they had me all fixed up in short order. Fourth, they were great with providing me all the information I needed in order to file a warranty claim. Fifth, Pete was professional and friendly.

In sum, if you are in need of RV service in the Central Maryland area, you should absolutely consider taking your unit to B&G.
