This place is awesome. I was referred here by a friend. I drove an hour and a half to drop my bike off to have my exhaust put on and tuned. Not only that but i took it there to have them check on an issue with my bike. They were honest with me about there not being anything wrong and took great care of me. Great business, and the people are knowledgeable. It hard to find people that specialize in European Motorcycles. I will be back.

Coming from California and having a 2021 s1000rr I'm very picky with who and where I take my bike in for service or diagnostics that I can't do myself. I heard about this bike shop from 3 different sources as well as the BMW dealer in the area. Every time I have shown up, it has been a Saturday and they never disappoint. Always have the parts I need or I bring my own parts and they're able to handle anything I throw at them with a quickness I was not expecting in the east coast. I ride 80 miles to come to this shop instead of any other shop in the area I am stationed at. I'd rather deal with DC, MD and VA traffic as well as drivers, than go to any other shop. This shop can put any other shop to shame with their knowledge and just capability for getting things done.

Found these guys in 2006 when they built my GSXR6 Streetfighter & been grateful every time I’ve needed them since. I needed my new front tire beaded correctly and they fixed it in minutes, great service, reasonably priced.

I only stopped in to check the place out. But everyone there sure made me feel welcome. If I can't fix my bike myself, this is the place I'll be taking it. And just listening to them speak with customers about their services showed me that they know a lot about all makes and models.

Saw this place on 650 ib channel so I thought I’d take my H2 there. Called to get some parts was told I’d get a call back when they came in. Weeks went by so I called was told they had been delivered but had to be found. Would get a call back. Weeks went by again no nothing. Decided I’d try one more time to get an issue looked at. Told if it’s engine work it can’t be done, and would get a call when a lift opens up. Been weeks. Now if they are busy all the time and have been in business for a long time then the service techs are probably very good so don’t get me wrong but in my experience I never got a welcoming experience or even through the front door.

These are the best guys around . Anyone that gives them less then a 5 ? they don't know shxt and don't understand . I deal with tons of custom shop and they are the shxt . Really can't thank them enough . Remember custom stuff takes custom time and custom patients to get custom results. Thanks again guys for all the custom shxt.

So happy I decided to take my bike here. Was a little bit of a hike for me, which Is why I hadn't been originally, but I had an electrical issue that I did not have time to diagnose, and decided to bring it in.
Forewarning, yes I write a lot, but it is worth it to me to say how good they were.

First, yes there are plenty of motorcycle shops in the area that will do an oil change, your standard services, and basic performance upgrades... but if you call and mention the words "Ducati" and "Electrical" everyone of them says they cant do it and to try somewhere else.

I called 2 wheels and said what my issues was, told them it was a track bike and had a bit of electrical "reconfiguration" throughout. And needed someone to diagnose and repair an issue I had.
Sam, told me no problem and bring it in they can get it taken care of. Wow finally a motorcycle shop not scared to work on motorcycles.

On the drive in, I got held up in traffic, I called and let him know I was running a few minutes late...and he stayed till after it closed to get my bike taken in and get me taken care of...That's unheard of around here.

They told me their timeline and said they would be giving me a call next week with an update. Come Tuesday morning (yesterday) I get a call from 2 Wheels, and I was half expecting for them to tell me they couldn't fix it, it needed parts, or it was going to be a lot of money. I took a deep breath and he said "Bikes ready to go, total's 120"
I was so freaking happy, one they fixed it and two they charged me pretty much just a standard diagnostic fee and that's all. I was expecting at least a couple hundred bucks and way more down time..no wonder they are packed. Anyways it was literally snowing when he called, so I said I would be by the following day to pick it up.

So, last but not least, and this is really is what makes them stand out the most to me, is after I paid they asked me how I was getting it home, and I said I have a trailer out front, the Two of them jumped up without me asking and followed me out in the literally 19 degree weather and helped me load my bike on the trailer. They handled my bike like it was their bike, and made sure it was secured before heading back in.

This place is awesome, real riders, and just real good people, definitely recommend!

Took my CBR here for a new wiring harness. I can’t believe how smooth (and quick) the process was. Honest, quick and reliable shop here. I will continue to bring my bike here for all its service from now on. Thanks 2WP!
